These molds need to be transported precisely and safely placed into industrial stamping systems. A low-headroom structure reduces vertical space requirements below the roof trusses. Span, rail elevation and maintenance areas are checked against the existing building and equipment layout.
Environment and cleanliness
Closed structures, easy-to-clean surfaces, drip control, and suitable lubricating materials are selected according to the process to avoid secondary contamination of products and production areas.
The final configuration must be verified at project level in combination with rated load, load spectrum, span, lifting height, operating cycle, environmental conditions and local regulations.
