Dual brakes, overspeed protection, load monitoring, position limits, and key status feedback can be configured according to risk level, with clear interlock logic for important actions.

Long-term out-of-service management

For low-frequency but critical maintenance cranes, emphasis is placed on regular inspection, lubrication, moisture protection, trial operation, and availability of spare parts to ensure a reliable return to service after prolonged shutdown.

The final configuration must be verified at project level in combination with rated load, load spectrum, span, lifting height, operating cycle, environmental conditions and local regulations.
