Quality Assurance

QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control runs throughout the project
Quality control does not only happen at factory inspection. The project starts from requirement confirmation, design input and contract review, and goes through supplier and material management, structural manufacturing, electrical assembly, functional testing and delivery document verification, forming a traceable control chain.
The specific inspection items, acceptance methods and record depth are determined according to the contract technical conditions, equipment risks and applicable regulations.
Standards and control basis adopted
Organize responsibilities, processes, records, internal audits and continuous improvement using a quality management system approach.
The design, protection, marking, documentation and verification of electrical equipment for lifting machinery refer to this dedicated standard.
Implement the corresponding EN, GB and other standards according to the delivery region and contract agreement; welding, non-destructive testing and load testing are carried out according to confirmed project procedures.
Key quality gates
- Requirements and design review Verify load, span, working class, environment, control and interfaces.
- Suppliers and materials Selection of key components, incoming inspection and necessary material certification documents.
- Structural manufacturing Process documents, welding process, dimensional and surface quality inspection.
- Assembly and electrical Torque, clearance, wiring, protective devices and safety circuit inspection.
- Functional and load testing Verify actions and protection under no-load, rated load and contract-agreed working conditions.
- Documents and release Release after verification of inspection records, drawings, lists and operation and maintenance materials.
