Rail-mounted gantry crane solutions
Rail-mounted gantry cranes have a bridge supported by legs and travel on ground-level rails.
A semi-gantry crane travels on a ground-level rail on one side and an elevated runway supported by the building steelwork on the other.

Precise calculation and optimized structure
The innovative design provides a good solution for low-capacity semi-gantry cranes (depending on span, maximum capacity up to 15t), which allows users to save significant costs.
Special crane wheels equipped with advanced polyurethane tires can run directly in the factory workshop, and the high-position guide roller system ensures smooth operation of the crane.
No ground rails are required for this arrangement, reducing associated civil works and installation costs and the trip risk from floor-mounted rails.
The anti-torsion box gantry and semi-gantry cranes adopt a single offset beam and leg structure with side-traveling hoist, enabling long heavy objects to traverse across the legs.
The load rotates around the legs, thereby forming a feeding table, creating a wider storage space outside the legs, and enabling traverse across the legs.
Small semi-gantry crane
Simple structure: Small semi-gantry cranes usually use a steel frame as the main structure, equipped with an electric hoist or manual chain hoist as the lifting mechanism. The structure is simple and compact, facilitating transportation and installation.
Convenient operation: Small semi-gantry cranes are usually operated with a remote control or button box. The operation is simple and convenient, and the operator can operate on the ground or at height.
Affordable price: Compared with large cranes, small semi-gantry cranes are more affordable, with lower investment costs.
Easy maintenance: Due to the simple structure, the maintenance and upkeep of small semi-gantry cranes are relatively easy, and the maintenance cost is also lower.
