EUROHOIST
Unparalleled cost-effectiveness
Durable workstation crane
The modular, flexible design of EUROHOIST's light crane system enables quick, convenient installation.
LCS cranes can be suspended from building steel structures, but if the plant does not support additional crane loads, our monorail cranes and lifting systems can be used freely and independently.
C-profiles (minimum radius of 1m) and curved tracks can also connect and integrate multiple systems together.

Equipped with LX electric hoists or manual chain hoists, with lifting capacities of 1.5T and 2T for single-girder and double-girder designs respectively, LCS can be equipped with light steel structures or aluminum alloy profiles.
These cost-effective, durable workstation cranes are designed for individual applications and are particularly well suited to local material handling needs.
The flexible beam light crane system is an advanced modular monorail and crane construction project, providing flexible and ergonomic solutions for lifting and moving at workstations, with transmission power provided by LX electric chain hoists running on structurally optimized light steel beam sections.
We supply monorail and single-girder cranes with lifting capacities up to 1.5T, and double-girder cranes with lifting capacities up to 2T.
These cost-effective, durable workstation cranes are tailored to individual applications and are particularly suitable for specific handling requirements.
The flexible beam light crane system can be suspended from building structures. In cases where the building cannot bear additional crane loads, the monorail and flexible beam light crane systems can be supported independently.
With curved profiles (minimum radius of 1m) and turntables, multiple systems can also be connected together.
Even when overhead bridge cranes spanning the workshop are already installed, the flexible beam light crane system workstation cranes can significantly improve workplace productivity.
Moreover, since individual operations at localized workstations generally require repeated lifting of lighter loads, operational efficiency will also continuously improve.
In these situations, workers need to spend a lot of time waiting for the overhead crane to become available, and then spend even more time pulling the main crane to the lifting point.
Standardized suspension and bolted connections make installation and modification or extension simpler.
The enclosed profile of the flexible beam light crane system not only provides protection for the trolley equipment, but also provides almost effortless manual operation, because the rolling resistance of the suspended load is only about 1% of the load.
Standardized electric lifting and lowering means that even when manual travel is unavailable or unsuitable, electric travel movement is still available.
