As a core component of the modern industrial and construction fields, crane parts play an important role in global procurement and distribution. EUROHOIST, through its first-class logistics support system, ensures that its crane spare parts can be procured and distributed quickly and efficiently worldwide, thereby meeting customers' immediate needs.
The efficiency of the company's logistics system stems not only from its advanced supply chain management, but also from close cooperation with global logistics partners. Such cooperation ensures the rapid transportation of spare parts worldwide, whether by air, sea, or land, ensuring timely arrival, which is crucial for maintaining continuous crane operation and reducing downtime caused by waiting for spare parts.
At Hitachi's new factory in Newton Aycliffe, the 9 overhead cranes installed by EUROHOIST are precisely a reflection of this logistics advantage. These cranes not only demonstrate advanced technology, but also represent careful consideration of ergonomics and safety. These cranes help produce up to 35 different types of metro, commuter, and intercity high-speed trains per month, thereby greatly improving production efficiency.
Particularly noteworthy are two special 40-ton overhead cranes. They are not only used for unloading train cars outside the site, but are also equipped with high-lift end carriages, greatly improving safety and convenience in the factory. The design of these end carriages allows more equipment to be installed in the crane operation area, further improving work efficiency.
In addition, the company also provided the factory with fixed gantry cranes covering the entire production line, making it more convenient for technicians to maintain the trolleys. The design of this gantry crane takes into account the particularity of the factory environment, ensuring efficient equipment operation and convenient maintenance.
The design of the other 7 cranes in the factory focuses on efficiently and safely transporting materials and components to various workstations. These cranes have load capacities between 10 and 15 tons, and their presence significantly improves the logistics efficiency of the entire factory and the smoothness of the production process.
In the railway industry, the urgency of production deadlines requires equipment to be highly reliable and safe. EUROHOIST is well aware of this, and therefore places special emphasis on the speed and safety of cranes, ensuring the efficiency and stability of the production process. To further improve crane safety, the company also provides anti-collision systems for multiple cranes operating on the same track, as well as paint systems suitable for various climates, providing additional protection for outdoor cranes.
All cranes adopt a double-girder design and are equipped with high-performance ZX hoists to enhance their reliability and performance. The application of this advanced hoist technology not only improves the load capacity of the cranes, but also ensures their stability and safety during long-term operation.
Hitachi's Newton Aycliffe factory began construction in September 2015 and planned to ship the first batch of trains to Great Western Railway in 2017. The success of this project not only marks EUROHOIST as a leader in the crane industry, but also demonstrates its ability to provide efficient and reliable crane parts and services worldwide.
